Back to the basics – Wine Camp™.  When was the last time you went to camp?

Stone’s Throw’s new Wine Camp™ won’t give you a rash, blisters, or bug bites and we won’t
make you eat anything you can’t recognize…BUT It will give you an opportunity to go on an
exploration through the fine art of winemaking.  

Expand your knowledge of how to taste, describe and even make wine.  We won’t be roasting marshmallows, but we will be tasting wine, lots of wine!

The 2012 Wine Camp™ Series...

June 23rd - Wine Camp ™ I  Zinfandel and Tri-Tip

We'll taste 6 or 8 or 10 or more Zinfandels from Stone's Throw and other California wineries and explore what makes them what they are (the soil of course).  Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino - new vintages and some back to the mid nineties!  Our Sonoma butcher will air freight the finest beef tri-tip for pairings... don't miss this.  Please phone for more information 920.839.9660 or email specialevents@stonesthrowwinery.com.

September 1st - Wine Camp™ II Way too many wines & winemaking 102

We'll make wine and have up to 30 wines available to taste.  Please note, winemaking 101 is a course you've already received an A+ in, as we know you love it!  The winemaking is 100% dependent on nature.  The grapes will determine what varietals you will help us process.  Again, 100% dependent on grape arrival.  If no grapes, we'll educate, eat and consume vino.  Reserve now and pray.  Please phone for more information 920.839.9660 or email specialevents@stonesthrowwinery.com.
